As a co-founder of Operation Lifeshield, a non profit organization that seeks to fulfill the bomb shelter needs of the residents of Sderot and cities in the North of Israel, I want you to know that your high profile news investigations on the lack of shelters which appeared in Israel National News, IBA TV, the Jerusalem Post and the internet lit a fire that helped bring awareness to contributors to help underwrite these protection units for people in Sderot. I want to let you know that I got clear and specific feedback from people all over the place that your coverage and stories of the inexcusable lack of deeper government involvement in protecting the people of Sderot, played a big role in waking them up to action.
